Suryanshu Pugla is currently pursuing a master’s in engineering management and leadership at Rice University, building upon his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He is an experienced engineering manager with expertise in the domain of operations management and continuous process improvement. Before joining Rice, Suryanshu has served in the Indian Air Force for ten years as Technical Project Manager, honing his leadership and technical skills. Now he aspires to transition into the manufacturing sector as an Industry 4.0 leader, leveraging his expertise to drive innovation and efficiency. Outside of his professional pursuits, Suryanshu likes to play basketball.
