Shreeya Madhavanur is an Undergraduate Fellow for the Center for Humanities-based Health AI Innovation (CHHAIN). She is a senior majoring in Business, with minors in Medical Humanities and Politics, Law and Social Thought.
The CHHAIN project explores factors influencing patient trust in health AI, as well as the ethical and societal implications of implementing AI-powered tools in healthcare contexts. During the Spring semester, the fellows worked on developing a semi-structured interview guide, which seeks to elicit patients’ perceptions and experiences regarding AI-driven tools in health contexts.
