Samantha Fuentes has a background in electrical engineering with a specialization in digital signal processing and data science, along with industry experience spanning information technology and oil and gas. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and has built a career at the intersection of automation, software, and data.

Samantha has worked as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer and Data Engineer, developing solutions that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. She spent three years at Dell Technologies, where she served as a Software Engineer delivering RPA initiatives and contributing to artificial intelligence and machine learning projects that supported data-driven decision-making and process improvement.

Samantha is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering Management and Leadership (MEML) degree at Rice University. In addition to her academic work, she serves as the Vice President of Social Engagement for the MEML Student Association, helping strengthen community and connection within the program.
