Ruchi Tiwari (she/her) is a sophomore from Will Rice College majoring in Social Policy Analysis and Economics and minoring in Data Science while pursuing a Certificate in Civic Leadership. She seeks to channel her passions for advocacy and arts in building sustainable and ethical policy infrastructure for her communities aided by her experience in design, research, and data science. She is currently engaged as a Community Bridges fellow, working as a co-site leader with the CCL in their ASB program, and with Houston in Action as an AAPI Table fellow. As the alumni outreach chair for the committee, Ruchi aims to introduce current and future generations of SOPA students to the many perspectives that exist and have been created from the major.
