My interests lay in the eighteenth century Atlantic World, with a focus on southeastern borderlands and the Caribbean. Much of my research to date centers on British Florida, the environment, racial identity, the indigenous south, and medical history. I also examine Spanish Florida and Louisiana as well as the British Americas.
