Priyanka Ali is a PhD student at Rice University. Her work focuses on advancing and optimizing next-generation biofilm-based wastewater treatment technologies (like MBBR, MABR), as well as improving their resiliency to combat extreme weather events. Before coming to Rice, she completed her MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering at George Washington University and worked as a research associate at DC Water.
