Welcome to CEE

I am a 5th year PhD student working on the applications of machine learning methods for designing advanced materials. I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees (dual degree, 2013) in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Before coming to Rice, I worked as a consultant in IBM, India (2013-2015) and as a structural engineer in ODL Engineering, UAE (2015-2016). Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, writing novellas and playing the Ukulele.
