As a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in STEM fields, Natalia Mendiola serves as a member of the Diversity Equity Inclusion Rice ECE committee at Rice University. Her goal is to drive positive change and make a tangible impact by collaborating with faculty and fellow students to develop innovative strategies that will improve underrepresented minority representation in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department.
