I’m interested in virus-host co-evolutionary dynamical systems. My current project focuses on the functionality of immune recognition in antigenic space and the retention capability of memory for the host population. In general, I am using mathematical and computational tools to have a better understanding of physical phenomena. This study might provide a theoretical framework for ever evolving and interacting systems that can help guide deterministic approximations for endemic infection patterns.
