Maha Khalid is a PhD student in the Human Factors and Human-Computer Interaction program at Rice University working under the supervision of Dr. Eduardo Salas. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. Prior to graduate school, she served as the associate director for the American Psychological Association’s Center for Psychology in Schools and Education. Her primary areas of research include human-autonomy teaming, human-robot teaming, team training, multidisciplinary teamwork, and team performance measurement and assessment in safety critical domains.
