Hi! My name is Lynette Ochoa, and I am senior at Sid Richardson. I am pursuing a double degree in Biosciences and Art History with a Spanish certificate. I am pre-grad with the intention to pursue a PhD in microbiology after graduation. I studied abroad for one semester my junior year, Spring in 2026, with Arcadia Abroad. While abroad, I studied biology and art history courses at the University of Manchester in England, UK. As a pre-grad in the sciences, it is often difficult to balance degree and graduation requirements which sacrifice study abroad opportunities. I am here to assure you that, yes, you can earn degree requirements while abroad, which is what I did!
