Major: Economics
Program: CIEE Arts and Sciences Program in Seoul, Korea

Hi! My name is Keesha Gondipalli, and I'm a junior at Duncan College, originally from the Bay Area, California. I'm majoring in Mathematical Economic Analysis with minors in Asian Studies and Business. In Fall 2025, I studied abroad in Seoul, South Korea through CIEE's Arts &
Sciences program, where I took classes at Yonsei University. Some of the courses that I took included Korean Cinema and Society and International Politics of the Korean Peninsula.

During my time abroad, I explored various landmarks around Seoul, found my go-to gluten-free cafés, visited countless museums, and, of course, biked along the Han River at sunset! I even had the opportunity to travel to multiple places around Korea (the picture above was taken in Jeju), spent a few days in Japan, and ended my time abroad in Singapore. In all, I can genuinely say that I loved my experience.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about studying abroad in Asia or going abroad as a Business or Economics major! I also found out that I had a medical dietary restriction right before going abroad, so I would love to talk about navigating dietary restrictions in a foreign
country or general medical struggles abroad too!

I love meeting people interested in studying abroad, so please don't hesitate to reach out with
any questions!
