Hiya! My name is Joshua Adegoke, and I’m a senior at Duncan College! I am double majoring in both Political Science and Sociology, with a minor in Politics, Law & Social Thought (PLST), and I’m a pre-law student. I studied abroad for the 2025–2026 academic year at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) through IFSA, where I took courses in law, government, and geography.

During my time I explored the UK, traveled around Europe, and got involved in several law
related programs and organizations. I also participated in Sociology case studies that allowed me to apply what I was learning outside the classroom. One of my favorite parts of living in London was getting to experience the city during my daily 45-minute commute to class, whether I was taking the Tube, Train, DLR, or the iconic red double decker buses.

I would be happy to talk about being an FGLI student abroad, navigating London on a budget, and navigating races and BIPOC experiences in a diverse but sometimes challenging environment. I’m also happy to discuss studying law abroad, LSAT preparation, prelaw opportunities, international relations, and navigating political careers.
