Isabelle Chang is a sophomore at McMurtry College majoring in Social Policy Analysis and Civil and Environmental Engineering. Her policy interests lie in criminal justice and urban development. She will be a Community Bridges Fellow at the Kinder Institute during the 2022-2023 academic year.
