My name is Gabi, and I graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in Psychology and International Studies. I am a Ph.D. student working under the guidance of Dr. Eduardo Salas, in the MET research lab. As of right now, my research interests include teamwork, efficiency, team coaching, & resilience.
