Dong is a PhD student in Rice Applied Physics graduate program. He is a member of Dr. Jacob Robinson’s group and works on the development of a lens-less fluorescence microscope with the capability of imaging neural activities in small mammals with cellular resolution, whole cortex field of view, and minimal restraint to their movement.
