Carlos Taveras

Carlos is a graduate student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department where he is  advised by César Uribe and Santiago Segarra on problems in signal processing, machine learning, and optimization. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Electrical and Computer Engineering earned in 2021 and 2022, respectively. He has been awarded the Graduate Education for Minorities (GEM) Fellowship both 2021 and 2022.
