Social Chair, Bioengineering Graduate Student Association (BIOE GSA)

Boao Xia is a fourth-year PhD student in the Szablowski Lab for Noninvasive Neuroengineering. She aims to build upon the remarkable work of previous social chairs by pairing fun events with good food. Specifically, her goal is to promote the well-being of international students within the BIOE community. Personally, Boao takes delight in cracking jokes with her friends and making them piña coladas.
