I am a graduate student in Rice University’s Master of Engineering Management and Leadership program with specialisation in Industrial Engineering with more than a decade of experience across telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, managed services, public sector technology, logistics, higher education, and digital transformation. My work has focused on product and service strategy, service architecture, business analysis, operating-model design, Agile delivery, and technology-enabled operational improvement.

I also bring entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of a telecom SaaS venture, where I helped shape product vision, pricing, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. My academic and professional interests include AI product management, AIOps, observability, cloud and edge computing, cybersecurity, and intelligent infrastructure. At Rice, I am building on this foundation to develop scalable, data-driven products and ventures that improve reliability, efficiency, and customer outcomes across enterprise and mid-market environments.
