I am interested mainly in ethics and moral psychology. Animal ethics has a special place in my heart. I have also developed an interest in AI ethics, especially where it parallels and overlaps with animal ethics. Lastly, I have interests in value theory, particularly concerning well-being and the nature of value.
I joined Rice in 2023. Before that, I spent time in Nebraska, Minnesota, and Illinois.
