Ali Siahkoohi is a Simons Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Computational Applied Mathematics and Operations Research. His research focuses on understanding and addressing AI reliability concerns, particularly by designing scalable methods for quantifying uncertainty in AI models. Siahkoohi received his Ph.D. in computational science and engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds a M.S. in geophysics from the University of Tehran and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
