Zeenia is the program administrator for the Department of Art History where she supports the students, faculty, and department chair. In 2022, she graduated with a B.A. in Interpersonal Communication Studies from the University of Houston. 

Before arriving at Rice, she held administrative roles at the UTHealth School of Dentistry, Museum of Fine Arts at Houston, and the Children’s Museum of Houston. She is passionate about working in higher education because she understands the necessity of cultivating curiosity and believes that an inquisitive mindset promotes a diverse and caring community. 

In her free time, Zeenia loves to travel, watch movies, read all kinds of fiction, and bake treats for her friends and family.
