Wiley joined the Human Resources team at Rice University in May of 2005. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Wiley works with hiring managers across various schools and departments to source, recruit, and hire staff. In addition to Talent Acquisition, he also leads Employee Orientations for new staff and postdoctoral associates/fellows and facilitates staff training sessions regarding the hiring process. Before coming to Rice, he was a corporate recruiter for three-plus years at a privately held firm in Houston, traveling nationwide recruiting staff.

Wiley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in International Business from Texas Tech University.
