Vincent Muzelle joined the Rice Global Paris Center as Director of Strategic Partnerships in 2026. Vincent is responsible for developing the Rice Global Paris Center through establishing new partnerships in France and Europe, and enhancing Rice University's reputation Europe-wide through marketing and PR. He is passionate about building meaningful international collaborations and creating transformative learning experiences for diverse audiences.

Vincent is an international higher education professional with strong transatlantic experience and a focus on global learning innovation and strategic partnerships. Born and raised in France, he has spent a significant portion of his career working with U.S. institutions, executives, and academic partners, developing a deep understanding of American higher education and leadership development ecosystems. Throughout his career, he has contributed to globally distributed programs such as the TRIUM Global EMBA and other high-level executive formats, collaborating with faculty, corporate leaders, and partner schools across continents. He brings expertise in global program management, stakeholder engagement, and learning experience design.

Prior to this position, Vincent served as Associate Director of Learning Experience at HEC Paris, where he designed and delivered impactful learning journeys for senior executives and global participants. In another previous position, Vincent led HEC Paris initiatives in North America, strengthening the school’s presence in the U.S. and building strategic relationships with leading academic institutions, corporate partners, and global stakeholders.
