As a project manager and research administrator, Vickie supports Engineering faculty with program-specific management, including resource allocation, research compliance, and budget oversight to ensure alignment with approved budgets. She ensures timely delivery of program milestones, assesses and manages risks or conflicts that could affect program success, and facilitates effective communication and relationship management with key stakeholders, such as sponsors, project partners, and internal team members.

In addition, Vickie provides support for pre- and post-award activities as needed, depending on the ERA Team workload.
