Originally from the Northeast coast, Tyler was raised in sunny Orlando, Florida, where he developed a passion for hospitality and supporting the success of those around him. He brings that same warmth to his role as Program Administrator for the Departments of Religion and Philosophy. Whether it is a quick question or a complex request, he is always eager to help and encourages everyone to stop by anytime.

Before joining the School of Humanities and Arts, he worked in Development and Alumni Relations at Rice University and previously served as admissions coordinator at the International Junior Golf Academy. Supporting students, faculty, and staff is at the heart of his work, and he strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone he encounters.

Outside of work, he loves exploring new cities and immersing himself in the local culture and cuisine. When he is not at a campus event or on a beach somewhere, he can be found at home baking, building Legos, or relaxing with his partner and their pug, golden retriever, and tuxedo cat.
