Shelby Flavin-Rosales is the Recruiting Coordinator and Alumni Liaison for the Center for Career Development. She works directly with employers to develop successful on-campus recruiting strategies and schedule in-person and virtual information sessions, coffee chats and interviews. She supports the online 12twenty job posting platform and assists students and alumni in navigating the CCD’s services. As a former real estate agent and apartment locator, she knows and believes in the value of strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. She speaks fluent Spanish and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Theater and Spanish Studies from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California and a Certificate in Copyediting from the University of California - San Diego.
