My research focuses on developing edge computing tools for distributed acoustic sensing (DAS), turning its massive data volumes into seismic monitoring products at the point of acquisition. I am motivated by large-scale problems in environmental seismology and energy security. My earlier work focused on glacier dynamics, landslide hazards, and microseismic noise sources in Alaska.
