Sarah Wagner Hemmanur is the Academic Administrator for the Office of Undergraduate Research and Inquiry at Rice University. Her work within higher education has focused on programs for international students. She earned her M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish from Denison University.
