Sankaya C. Hall serves as Associate Director of Career Development at Rice University, where she champions student success and career readiness. She brings a diverse professional background across higher education; experiential marketing in the music, sports, and beverage industries; and TV production, with experience at companies such as Google; Viacom (BET, MTV, VH1); Urban One (TV One, Radio One); NFL teams including the New York Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers; Wasserman Media Group; and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS).

Prior to Rice, she served in career advising and instructor roles at Full Sail University and Valencia College, supporting diverse student populations through teaching, coaching, and career development initiatives. She is passionate about supporting first-generation and limited-income students and is committed to helping all students build authentic networks and confidently navigate their career journeys.

Sankaya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas Southern University and a Master of Professional Studies in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from Georgetown University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration at The University of Southern Mississippi, where her research focuses on the career transitions of first-generation college graduates in communications.
