Rui Zeng is a Ph.D. student in the Economics Department at Rice University. Rui’s research interest is in the field of Applied Microeconomics, topics related to education, labor, and program evaluation. Rui’s research at TPL focuses on early childhood development and the childcare market. Rui has a M.A. in Economics from Stony Brook University and a B.A. in Management from Shenyang Aerospace University.
