As the lead pre-award specialist, Rick provides Engineering faculty with pre-award services including proposal development, budget management, collaborative proposal efforts, and submission coordination. Rick also leads and supervises junior staff performing pre-award activities for the sponsored projects research portfolio for the school and monitors workload distribution and redistributes tasks, as appropriate.
