As the Pre-Award Team Lead, Rick coordinates the daily operational workflow of the pre-award specialist team, supporting Engineering faculty with proposal development, budget management, and submission coordination. He plays a vital role in monitoring team capacity and balancing workload distribution to ensure a seamless, efficient proposal pipeline. Alongside his leadership of the pre-award team, Rick maintains active, hands-on portfolio management for designated departments, including Computer Science (CS).
