Raylea Rideau is an Associate Director of Career Development at the Center for Career Development at Rice University. She seeks to empower students and alumni in their job search and overall career development through one-on-one advising. Dr. Rideau coaches students in many areas such as developing job and internship search strategies, networking, professional etiquette, career decision, and resume/CV creation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University. In August 2020, she received her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Research from Louisiana State University.
