- Oversees departmental events, including seminars, colloquiums, guest lectures, and social gatherings
- Coordinates visiting speaker travel arrangements and reimbursements
- Manages departmental scheduling, oversees the University calendar, and maintains the conference room reservation system
- Serves as the primary point of contact for building maintenance requests
- Oversees mail distribution for Brockman Hall for Physics and Herman Brown Hall
