Rabia Telli is a graduate research fellow at the Texas Policy Lab. She is a Ph.D. student in the Economics Department at Rice University. Her research interests include economics of education and education policy with a focus on inequality in education, determinants of learning, and achievement among school-age children and adolescents. Her research at the Texas Policy Lab focuses on identifying the impact of programs promoting human capital development.
She completed her M.A. in economics at Sabanci University in Turkey. She received two bachelor’s degrees simultaneously: one in Economics at Galatasaray University (Istanbul,Turkey) and the other in Applied Mathematics at Université Lille 1 Science et Technologies (Lille, France).
