Paul Treacy is a Research Associate at the Texas Policy Lab and Instructor of Social Policy Analysis at Rice University. His research focuses on employment policy, including employment discrimination, labor force participation, and minimum wages. Prior to joining the Texas Policy Lab, Dr. Treacy helped write and implement rules and regulations at the U.S. Department of Labor.

Dr. Treacy earned his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina, and holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University, a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Rice University.
