As Executive Director, Paul provides leadership in financial aid administration, guiding a team committed to providing transparent, accessible, and trusted financial aid services to support student success. For Paul, financial aid administration is a calling to responsibly reduce barriers to students' access to higher education and minimize student loan debt. Like the Rice Investment, he believes talent deserves opportunity.

Paul received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Thomas. He currently serves on the College Board's Financial Aid Standards & Services Advisory Committee (FASSAC) and the Southwest Regional Council.
