Paul Harris is the Equal Employment Specialist and Deputy Title IX Coordinator with the Equal Opportunity Services Office. Paul grew up in Borger, Texas. He earned degrees from the University of Texas and the University of Houston Law Center. Before joining Rice, Paul enjoyed a 15-year career in Houston as a civil rights employment lawyer for workers, where he handled cutting-edge employment litigation on behalf of individuals with disabilities, public sector employees, and victims of gender, age, and race discrimination.
