Naomi Foamkom is the community engagement coordinator at Rice University’s Kinder Institute. She coordinates the everyday operations of the Community Bridges program and supports community outreach efforts. Naomi received her bachelor’s degree in strategic communication with a concentration in integrated communication at the University of Houston.
