Mauricio Menegatti Rigo is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Computer Science at Rice University. He's interested in bioinformatics, immunology, and protein structural biology. He is developing computational tools and algorithms to predict the binding mode of ligands and small peptides to protein receptors involved in immunological responses. His work has applications on cancer immunotherapy, vaccine development, and autoimmunity.
