As part of the External Affairs division of the Kinder Institute of Urban Research, Matt Dulin helps lead the communications team, providing support to the institute's research publications, media relations, events and digital outreach efforts. Across a nearly 20-year career, he has led community engagement at the University of Missouri School of Journalism, launched news publications covering some of Houston’s oldest neighborhoods and created the Center for Student Media at the University of Houston. A Houston native, he holds a bachelor’s in journalism from the University of Houston and a master’s in journalism and media management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
