Lisa leads the finance team, which includes an administrative assistant, two research administrators, and an accounting and financial analyst. She handles special projects such as expense reconciliations, payment investigations, and general troubleshooting. She also backs up the finance team for activities such as training and assisting with labs’ purchasing activities and grants management (pre/post-award), and works with the executive administrator on resource utilization strategies.
