Lindsey Hodge is a seasoned higher education professional with over 13 years of experience in education, including the past 11 years at Rice University. She currently serves as Executive Director for the Professional Science Master’s (PSM) Programs, where she oversees admissions, recruitment, marketing, academic advising, budgeting and finance, hiring, employer engagement, and career development initiatives for STEM graduate students. In this role, she fosters strong connections between academia and industry to drive student success and post-graduation outcomes.
Lindsey earned her Doctor of Education (EdD) in Global Executive Leadership from the University of Southern California, where her research focused on dismantling the school-to-prison pipeline at the intersection of race and disability. She also holds a Master of Education in Higher Education from Penn State and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. Her leadership and commitment to equity in education earned her the prestigious 2025 USC Rossier Hagen Women’s Leadership Fellowship.
Throughout her career, Lindsey has championed student-centered practices, inclusive programming, and strategic partnerships with faculty, alumni, and industry stakeholders. She also serves as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and actively contributes to university committees focused on student success, professional development, and equity initiatives.
