As a project manager and research administrator, Kyra supports Engineering faculty with program-specific management, including project scope and deliverable tracking, resource allocation, research compliance, and budget oversight, ensuring alignment with approved budgets. She ensures timely delivery of program milestones, assesses and manages risks and conflicts that could affect program success, and facilitates effective communication and relationship management with key stakeholders, including sponsors, project partners, and internal team members.
