Kaylee Waldrip serves as a program manager for the Baker Institute's Science and Technology Policy Program, where she is responsible for overseeing and executing a range of initiatives designed to support research and policy development. Her role includes managing complex projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of programs that bridge the gap between academic research and real-world applications. 

Kaylee earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston in 2021.
