Joseph Lynch joined the institutional research team at Rice University in February of 2022. He provides data and analyses to address internal and external requests, with a focus on ranking organizations and their methodologies. Joseph began his institutional research career in August of 2019 at Angelo State University, and also has professional experience in the information technology and software implementation fields. He enjoys enabling data-driven decision making by analyzing data and providing useful insights that lead to better student success.

Joseph holds a BS in Computer Science from Angelo State University, and is currently enrolled in Rice University's Master of Data Science program.
