Jon Wyand serves as Chief Procurement Officer and Assistant Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Rice University. In this role, Jon leads enterprise procurement strategy and execution in support of the university's mission, focused on helping campus partners achieve their desired outcomes through sustainable value creation and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Rice, Jon spent over two decades leading enterprise supply chain organizations across Fortune 100 energy, infrastracture, and corporate sectors, including executive procurement leadership roles at ConocoPhillips and ONEOK. He holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management, a Master of Accountancy, and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
