Jessica Kong joined Rice University in 2018 and is a Treasury Operations Associate. Ms. Kong is primarily responsible for ensuring the processes for cash management, debt administration, and asset management functions operate effectively. 

Before joining Rice, she worked for the past eight years at Medical Research Consultants as a Record Processing Specialist, Document Management Preceptor, Administrative Assistant to the Director of Records Management, and Billing Coordinator. Outside of work, she is an active member of OCA-Greater Houston and one of the current co-directors for one of OCA's leading annual programs, HAAPIFEST (Houston Asian American Pacific Islander Film Festival). 

Ms. Kong is a Sam Houston State University graduate, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Sociology.
