Jessica Kim is an experienced higher education administrator with over three years of service supporting academic and institutional operations. Beginning in higher education at the University of Houston, Jessica worked as an Accounts Payable Technician and later as a Department Business Administrator at the University of Houston Law Center, gaining extensive experience in financial management and departmental administration.

Currently, Jessica serves in the Office of the Provost at Rice University, assisting three associate provosts: Caroline Quenemoen in the Office of Strategic and Educational Initiatives, Arun Natarajan in Institutional Data, Evaluation, Analytics, and Strategy, and Shawn Miller in Digital Learning and Strategy. In this role, Jessica supports university-wide initiatives that foster high-impact educational environments, connect institutional data and strategic insights to informed decision-making, and advance innovation in digital teaching and learning.
