Jessica Campbell serves as Executive Director at the Rice Business Career Development Office. Jessica has been at Rice University since 2011, and previously led the employer relations team at the Rice University Center for Career Development, before transitioning into the MBA career center in 2019. Prior to Rice, Jessica worked in career services at the University of Houston and at a non-profit.

Jessica is deeply engaged in the professional community, actively participating in several organizations. She currently serves on the board of the Career Services & Employer Alliance (CSEA) and has previously co-chaired the Employer Relations Resource Group and Global Conference. Jessica has also been a dedicated member of the Southern Association of Colleges and Employers (SoACE) since 2007, where she has held various leadership roles, including Director of College Knowledge Groups and chairing the Annual Conference, Employer Relations Knowledge Group, and New Members Committee. Jessica is the proud mom to a current PhD student at Rice University.
